Customer Relationship Manager
Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager - is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Facilities/Walk In/Physicians’ Offices/Wellness Clinics/etc. to sell any of services/products. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the lab industry and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales of products,
● Identify and establish new customers while maintaining relationships with existing customers
● Provide some technical support to customers
● Represent the company at trade shows and other events as needed
● Complete all required sales reports
Qualifications:
● Working knowledge of lab industry preferred
● Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Knowledge in the application of Microsoft office software
