Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Relationship Manager - Sales typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Customer Relationship Manager
Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager - is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Facilities/Walk In/Physicians’ Offices/Wellness Clinics/etc. to sell any of services/products. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the lab industry and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales of products,
● Identify and establish new customers while maintaining relationships with existing customers
● Provide some technical support to customers
● Represent the company at trade shows and other events as needed
● Complete all required sales reports
Qualifications:
● Working knowledge of lab industry preferred
● Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Knowledge in the application of Microsoft office software
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
