Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions.     Led by two owners from outside the industry and an amazing team, the company is seeing positive cambio and growth where we currently have an opening to hire a full-time relationship manager/salesperson to lead and guide the growth of the maintenance division.

    This position is ground level and requires an individual who seeks personal and professional growth to take this division to the next level. The desired individual must specialize in the areas of landscape and snow maintenance and have a desire for personal growth, to be appreciated and to see the impact of his or her contributions, and who also wants to work around a fun group of people throughout with leadership from outside the industry focused on leading the business. Compensation to be salary base bonus.

    We are growing and are looking for a talented landscape customer service focused sales person to join the team who is ready to take the company to the next level and is skilled in some (not all) of the following areas: bidding landscape maintenance and snow removal contracts, meeting with customers onsite to build long lasting relationships and working with others to add value through selling misc. other landscape, hardscape, and synthetic turf solutions that will compliment working within our team based culture. You will have support from field project managers, your immediate manager, ownership, and other office staff.

    Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Ability to engage potential clients with a "listen first" approach to ascertain their needs
    • Landscape Maintenace, estimating, and technology experience (U-Vision a plus)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
    • High degree of accountability
    • Composure to manage and meet tight deadlines while still producing accurate estimates
    • A meticulous approach to reviews of estimates, as well as careful detailed work habits to insure estimate accuracy
    • Ability to prioritize, manage time, and focus on execution
    • A secondary education degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field or experience designing landscapes

    Job Responsibilities: Effectively handle the sales process from lead/bid to close in a timely manner

    • Onsite meeting with client leads, building rapport, understanding the needs of the client and the competitive positioning, and working together to ensure a good fit
    • Preparation and evaluation of scopes of work for all necessary services
    • Preparation of necessary takeoffs for quantification of scopes using latest keep it simple cloud based take off and ERP estimating software
    • Develop proposals, estimates, and pricing for clients
    • Provide landscape solutions to current clients to resolve identified landscape issues
    • Engage with subcontractors to obtain multiple competitive and qualified subcontractor quotes with our established industry partners for services we do not provide in house.
    • Evaluation of the subcontractor quotes to ensure complete scope coverage of the service is being quoted.
    • Conversion of closed quote to detailed job to hand off to operations coordinator to execute work. Some limited project management and issue resolution required.
    • YEAR-ROUND career with winter services as well as helping the team bid projects including indoor synthetic turf projects such as golf simulators, indoor golf greens, sports courts, ext.

    Compensation and Benefits Base Salary bonus 60K - 90K with a growth path to increase earnings over time. Company vehicle, laptop, and phone. Paid Holidays (after 90 days). Training and Professional Development.
