Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Relationship Manager - Sales typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     As a Wealth Manager Coordinator, you can expect to:
    • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with clients and prospects by phone and in  person
    • Interact well with other office personnel, support associates, and other third-party affiliations
    • Maintain client and office files
    • Process new account paperwork, including preparation, transfer, and database updates
    • Maintain procedures for client service effectiveness, including but not limited to coordination and maintenance of client relationship management system and client processing system
    • Assist in client appointment preparation
    • Effectively manage Advisors calendar
    • Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
    • Maintain client data integrity in CRM and Client Data processing programs
    • Prepare mailings and other communications in a timely manner
    • Assist clients with contribution and distribution requests
    • Complete all required training in a timely manner and recommend any additional training needed to be up to date and more effective with responsibilities
    • Strict adherence to client confidentiality policies and guidelines
    • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications for this role include:
    • College degree is required
    • FINRA Series 7, 66, or 63 and 65 is required
    • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or client service role in the wealth management or related field is required
    • Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing role is required
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
    • Strong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
    • Superior organizational skills
    • Technology-forward and internet savvy
    • Ability to adapt
