The Engineer II - Change & Release Manager is responsible for implementing and managing day to day activities for change, release, and deployment management. The position will lead change advisory boards, perform change management services, and provide team oversight and guidance to ensure process adherence with IEHP’s approved change process, methods, procedures, and standard. The Engineer II - Change & Release Manager defines processes, standards, and tools to ensure efficiency and repeatability of software build, release, deployment, and site maintenance, in addition to collaboration with, inter-departments to ensure member needs are met while simultaneously building strong peer relationships.
