As a Post Release Services Case Manager, you will be primarily responsible for providing culturally sensitive services to refugee clients after the defined case management period or immediately for refugee clients without case management assistance. This individual will also be responsible for assisting clients with accessing their respective state’s DHHS assistance.
This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
