Welcome to RPM (Rental Property Maintenance, LLC). We are a local maintenance company providing maintenance services to rental property owners in the South Bay. Our office is located in Rancho Palos Verdes.
We are looking to hire maintenance technicians with the following skills: painting, patching, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, leaks, drywall, framing, and general repairs. You will help provide timely estimates and invoices for rental property owners, complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion, maintain material and supply inventory, perform routine preventative maintenance, and be deadline and detail oriented.
Must have a clean drivers record and drivers license. *Contractors license is a PLUS
PAY: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience and ability)
