Rental Coordinator provides customers with support of all activities throughout the entire rental process and ensures customer satisfaction. Determines customer needs, quotes for requested services, and prepares approved rental agreements. Being a Rental Coordinator maintains records and files, and coordinates billing process. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Rental Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Rental Coordinator works under moderate supervision. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing rental fleet through equipment allocations, training of branch personnel, conducting inventory and utilization monitoring.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
programs and regulations.
Manage assets movements, deployment and disposals.
Manage GPS tracking: asset tagging and GeoForce registration.
Forecast equipment requirements.
All other duties as required and/or assigned.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Forklift certification and LMS training.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Wellhead and Gate Valve Knowledge, Assembly Skills, Highly Advanced and Specialized Computer Skills, Advanced Language Skills, Advanced Mathematical Skills and Highly Advanced Reasoning Ability.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise a subordinate supervisor and other subordinates.
