Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with making reservations for rental equipment via phone /in person

- Assist customers with rental process (pick up/return)

- Assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise during rental process

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not necessary,

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
