Qualified on routine repairs, use of tools, and components with some supervision. Being a Rental Technician, Sr. requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Rental Technician, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the weekly operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a great work ethic. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Hot tub maintenance. (drain and add chemicals)
- Mow/weed whip a large yard. (Zero-turn riding lawn mower provided if you don't have)
-Plow/shovel (plow and shovel provided.)
- Have the ability to wear many hats. i.e. Paint, organize outdoor furniture, pull weeds.
-Take out garbage
Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE IS GREAT BUT REALLY WHAT IS NEEDED IS A GOOD WORK ETHIC AND A DRIVERS LICENSE, THE REST CAN BE TRAINED. THIS IS A FUN JOB THAT HAS ALOT OF FLEXIBILITY BUT REQUIRES RELIABILITY.
