Job Title: Manager of Financial Reporting

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a talented Manager of Financial Reporting to lead our financial reporting activities. This role will oversee financial consolidation, SEC filings, and the accounting close and reporting cycles. You’ll manage a small financial team and collaborate with the entire accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will oversee the preparation of 10-Ks and 10-Qs, lead technical accounting research, manage the derivative accounting process, and draft and implement company accounting policies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in technical accounting research
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of relevant finance experience
• 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in public accounting
• SEC reporting experience

Preferred Skills:

• CPA certification
• Experience in the real estate industry
