WHO WE ARE:
Red Wine & Blue is a national community of diverse suburban women working together to defeat extremism, one friend at a time (best explained by this Washington Post profile, ‘Blue’ suburban moms are mobilizing to counter conservatives and this NYT episode of “The Daily,” Why Suburban Women Changed Their Minds). We use digital media and friend-to-friend organizing to fight disinformation and win campaigns in the most contested places in America. We are seeking a full-time Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze and compile information in order for our teams to tell a compelling story and make informed, data-driven decisions.
WHO YOU ARE: You are a naturally curious puzzle solver, excited by bringing together data to help tell a clear and effective story of Red Wine & Blue to broad audiences.
This role does not directly supervise any team members and reports to the Head of Data. This is a full-time position that can be performed from anywhere in one of our 12 current operating states (GA, IA, IL, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA) and Washington, D.C. Occasional travel is required for in-person meetings and all-staff gatherings.

WHAT WE OFFER: The starting salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year and is commensurate with related experience. In addition to offering a competitive salary, we contribute 75% towards employee medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums. The selection process for this role for advancing candidates will include a screening call, one on one interview with the hiring manager, a technical assessment and a final panel interview. We anticipate the process could take up to 60 days from screening to start date.
