THE ENTRY-LEVEL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE POSITION

SunRay Construction Entry-Level Research Associate examines public records for any information related to property titles. This position is responsible for a variety of important tasks including, researching online public records in both recorders and property appraiser’s office, confirming, and verifying information, assisting the preparation of construction documents. They ensure that their exceptional record-keeping and analytical abilities lead to accurate research results while offering the best customer service and support to your customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

· Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of the property.

· Experience with navigating and researching public county records (internet)

· Ability to compose a professional email

· Answer incoming and/or initiate verification calls in a polite, positive, and professional manner

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure

· Highest commitment to customer service, development, and satisfaction

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed

· Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)

· Strong computer skills; MS Office, Outlook, and Internet search engines

· Analytical and Detailed thinker (think outside the box)
