  • With little supervision, responsible for planning and managing projects or project components from the design phase through implementation. They obtain the requirements of the project, while leveraging cross-functional relationships, to evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of any given project. They develop detailed project plans and manage all processes throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, and training). They ensure milestones are achieved and project objectives are met. Ensures quality and client satisfaction of technical and non-technical projects. They identify project risks/issues and carry out studies to identify ways of reducing or solving issues. Facilitates regular meetings, following up on tasks/issues, and transferring important information to senior management. Demonstrates a basic understanding and adheres to departmental processes for change control. Maintains a level of cybersecurity knowledge sufficient to securely accomplish their job duties.

    Responsibilities

    1. Determine and define project scope and objectives 2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner 3. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements 4. Track project costs in order to meet budget 5. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan 6. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress 7. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables 8. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution 9. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed 10. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement 11. All other duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    Patient Group Knowledge (Only applies to positions with direct patient contact) The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department’s identified patient ages. Specifically the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in: 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients. Competency Statement Must demonstrate competency through an initial orientation and ongoing competency validation to independently perform tasks and additional duties as specified in the job description and the unit/department specific competency checklist. Common Duties and Responsibilities (Essential duties common to all positions) 1. Maintain and document all applicable required education. 2. Demonstrate positive customer service and co-worker relations. 3. Comply with the company's attendance policy. 4. Participate in the continuous, quality improvement activities of the department and institution. 5. Perform work in a cost effective manner. 6. Perform work in accordance with all departmental pay practices and scheduling policies, including but not limited to, overtime, various shift work, and on-call situations. 7. Perform work in alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan of the organization. 8. Follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as applicable. 9. Perform related duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor's Degree (Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5-8 years of related project management
