SCOPE: Inspection and management assistance of construction projects in the area: DEC Rails to Trails phases 2 and 3, provide energy upgrades, provide Labier Dam removal in North Hudson, Lake Clear DOT, and others as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:- OSHA 30 certification.
- Prior construction management experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies.
- Ability to interpret contract documents for inspection and compliance verification.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Able to work autonomously.
PAY RATE: $18.36-$30.90/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
JOB LOCATION: On-Site at the Saranac Lake Field Office (and some potential travel).
