The level II Project Manager is critical in representing Gray Construction and may often be the only contact a business or vendor will have with Gray Construction, so the encounter must be strictly professional. Safety conscious at all times. Will meet weekly with team and or Subs to go over schedule. Will be involved in new homes, additions, renovations and kitchen and bathroom remodels. May have many jobs going simultaneously. Frame to finish mentality. Making sure there is an efficient flow of materials to and from job site. Always reviewing contract for accuracy. Clean job site is a must.
