Position: Medication Tech Resident Assistant
Hours: Mix of AM Shift 06:30AM to 02:30PM and PM Shift 02:30PM to 10:30PM

Responsibilities:
- Become a Cedar Community Champion by providing a pleasant, courteous, caring, helpful, and positive atmosphere for guests, residents, and team members.
- Help residents live their life to the fullest by providing direct patient care–assisting with personal care based on individual resident needs, including hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin/nail care, hand washing, shaving, dressing, bed making, walking, exercising, mobility, and ambulation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and assure residents’ rights and privacy are protected at all times.
- Administers scheduled medications prescribed for routine administration according to established medication administration policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations
