POSITION SUMMARY:
This Master's level position is responsible for facilitating group and individual behavioral therapy for adults with mental illness and their families in a residential facility. This treatment component is an integral part of a multidisciplinary clinical team that utilizes professional clinical judgment in the use of various therapeutic interventions. Further, the incumbent must maintain a professional relationship with internal program staff and community resource providers as well to ensure quality programming and appropriate aftercare planning. Crisis management and resolution are also important functions of this position.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday / 10:00am to 6:00pm
