Weekend Day Shift - 8 am - 8 pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Possible fill in shifts when needed.

This is a position in a Long Term Care Facility for clients with disabilities. The LSI will be teaching daily living skills to the clients by helping in the kitchen, giving baths, cleaning bedrooms, working on academics, exercising and socializing. You will also be monitoring for health and safety of each client.

NOTICE: This position has been designated a “safety sensitive position” within the meaning of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment Act of 2016, as amended, and no person currently using any marijuana product will be hired for or permitted to perform this position regardless the person’s status as a qualifying patient or caregiver under that Amendment.

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or GED or 2 years verifiable experience with clients with disabilities. Must be able to pass background check, drug screen and CPR class. CNA not required.
Ideal applicants will have a strong desire to work with adults who have an intellectual disability with a varying degree of abilities and disabilities.
