JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner and directing them appropriately.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Answer inquiry questions and emails.
• Responsible for telecommunications systems.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail - sign for deliveries and ensure mail is distributed accordingly.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Arrange meetings, schedules and travel accommodations for senior staff.
• Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Assist Manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High level of professionalism.
• Proficient in computerized systems and software applications – Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent time-management skills and works well under pressure.
• Works well with others.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
• Hiring for a receptionist fluent in both English and Spanish.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience in a similar role 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment.

Schedule: 8AM – 5PM Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
