Residential Living Assistant, Sr. provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant, Sr. transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. May assist with meetings and appointments with healthcare providers. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant, Sr. administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Residential Living Assistant, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Salary: $15.81 per hour or as outlined in Collective Bargaining Agreement without MAP certification, $16.81 with MAP certification.
