Job Overview
Residential Services Coordinator’s role is to support agency growth by overseeing consumer programs and activities; as well as ensuring that consumer service plans are implemented as written.
The Residential Services Coordinator will be involved in the planning, developing, implementing, and managing consumer plans and protocols. They oversee determining a plan’s schedule and training/directing direct support team members in fulfilling the specifications to meet consumer and agency objectives. They oversee ensuring consumer satisfaction with service delivery
Duties
These plans and protocols include but are not limited to:

· Residential Assessments
· Atrezzo Service Notifications and Service Notification Extensions
· Medical add-on
· Staffing Patterns
· Individualized Service Plans and ISP Data Entries
· Behavior Support Plans
· Incentive Plans
· Crisis Plans
· Need to Know Information / MAC Standard Procedures
· Under the direction and supervision of the COO/Office Coordinator work responsibly and proactively in partnership with the individuals served and their families, guardians, case managers, and other support providers in regard to day-to-day needs.
· Using the appropriate chain of command to provide excellent communication to all MAC employees and ensure communication is accessible to all concerned.
· Collaborates with Human Resources and Team Leaders to ensure thorough training of new employees.
· Identifies potential areas of needed improvement in service delivery; develops/implements corrective action proposals for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

Skills
- Familiarity with Residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Background in caregiving or related healthcare field is beneficial
- Understanding of assisted living/Maine care regulations and best practices
Qualifications
· High School Diploma (or equivalent)
· Driver’s License (clean record)
· Having previous experience and/or current certifications as follows:
DSP
CRMA
MANDT
CPR and First Aid Certificates
MAC will provide these training at no cost to you within the first 6 months of hire.
· 2 years of diversified experience in an administrative position
