If you have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** - Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and presentation. - Oversee catering and banquets, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail. - Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase revenue. - Coordinate with our hotel partners to ensure seamless service and to identify opportunities for growth. - Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cash handling, and inventory management. - Supervise and train restaurant staff, including assistant managers and cooks, to ensure they are meeting our high standards of service and quality. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as with food safety and quality standards. - Monitor and address customer complaints and feedback to improve the overall dining experience. **Qualifications** - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a related role. - Strong knowledge of food preparation, production, and presentation. - Experience with budgeting and cash handling. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to multitask when necessary. - Experience with catering and banquets is a plus. - High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred. - Certification in food safety and quality management is an asset. **Skills** - Kitchen and food preparation experience. - Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food production. - Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel restaurants. - Ability to manage budgets and cash handling. - Leadership and communication skills. - Experience with catering and banquets. - Assistant manager experience is an asset. - Cash handling and restaurant management skills.
