Service Greeter

Lou Fusz Chevrolet is looking for a full time Service Greeter. We need someone with an engaging personality and an amazing positive attitude. If you have the relational skill sets and the determination we are looking for, but aren't necessarily experienced in the automotive industry, we have the training and development programs in place to help you succeed in our Network. Many of our employees come from different mbackgrounds such as industrial maunfacturing, sales, restaurant servers and bartenders, and even car rental associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in friendly and professional manner as they enter service department.
• Compute customer bills, make change and issue receipts to customers; reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Provides refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers.
• Work with department managers to stay on top of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.
• Answer customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and patience and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
