Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Your role will involve managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general information to visitors and clients about the company or organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and order entry
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with basic office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in typing and the use of software such as QuickBooks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support, clerical work, or as a personal assistant is preferred
