Restaurant Supervisor - Casino supervises restaurant operations and personnel, schedules employees, and fills-in where necessary. Manages staffing schedules, inspects the kitchen, monitors inventory and cash flows, and ensures customer satisfaction. Being a Restaurant Supervisor - Casino may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. - Skilled in training and managing labor.
- Knowledgeable in all utility / kitchen equipment, along with proper use and maintenance of that equipment.
- Must have above average knowledge of computers and computer software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be ServSafe certified.
- Culinary knowledge a plus.
