Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, particularly in building and remodeling homes. You should be proficient in the use of power tools and other construction tools, capable of working efficiently in various weather conditions, and able to manage multiple tasks on job sites. Duties
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete various tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, and roofing.
-Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-Collaborate with subcontractors, electricians, and other specialists to ensure project success.
-Maintain safety standards and comply with building codes.
-Work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Be able to bend, lift 50Lb and climb.
-Follow directions and able to read/understand English
- Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the contraction field; 2 years preferred
-Previous experience framing, drywall, painting and roofing; 2 years preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving shared goals.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output in all tasks performed.
- Must be flexible and available to work a changing schedule, and varying hours as needed.
