To provide professional, administrative and managerial work involved in researching, developing, implementing and directing sales associate training and/or employee training and staff development activities. Present seminars and workshops. Provide general training, pre-license and post-license training and required continuing education classes. Administer the development programs, as well as the coordination of agents and staff, for the accomplishment of strategic goals and objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

- Conduct training, promoting creative idea exchange while using such methods as individual training (by computer, where appropriate), group instruction, lectures, on-the-job training, demonstrations, panel discussions, conferences, meetings, workshops and round table meetings. ( %)
- Develop and coordinate a development program for sales associates. Design, develop and/or present basic and advanced education programs, including training for new agents and/or employees, apprenticeship programs, sales techniques, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading, retraining and leadership development. ( %)
- Organize and develop educational materials. (10-15%)
- May assist managers in recruiting entry level and experienced sales associates. (0-15%)
- Confer with management and supervisory personnel in order to assess training needs. (0-5%)
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0 – 5%)

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience, with advanced management training.
Experience:
- Senior management experience.
- Four plus years real estate sales experience.
- Experience writing, developing and conducting presentations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to professionally lead meetings and conduct business under a variety of situations.
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Detail oriented.
- Solid knowledge of real estate and financial skills for budget management training.
