Store Manager: Lead the growth and direction of the shop. Treated as a partner and entrusted with the full operational direction of the shop.

• We are looking for strong manager for one of our locations. Solid background of at least 3 years in people and operations management is a requirement.
• Knowledge of the automotive service/tire industry, computer usage and being able to multitask imperative. Procedural compliance as well as SALES GROWTH!!!.
• Strong base salary, 50% employee paid insurance and outstanding BONUS PLAN.
• Demanding both physically and in time commitment to meet goals.
• Third largest Midas Franchisee in the US with all available tools to be successful.
