Loss Prevention Services, a Call Center service provider in the Financial Services Industry, is looking for full time Customer Service Representatives to join our rapidly growing Team! These are 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Successful Candidates will be:
Trained as Subject Matter Experts on our clients and services.
Entering and updating information into databases.
Verifying information which has been received from Clients and Field Staff.
Following up with Clients and Field Staff by Telephone and Email.
Providing accurate and timely information regarding our services.
What you bring to the table:
Data Entry experience, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent Phone Skills.
Problem Solving abilities.
Exceptional Organizational Skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bi-Lingual a plus!
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
