We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. The project resides in Atlanta, GA and is well capitalized. The company is involved in the ownership and management of apartments, as well as construction of multi-family developments.

• Administrative: 5 year (Required)
• Atleast 5 years of experience with distressed property
• Must have knowledge of local public housing rules and regulations and LIHTC tax credit knowledge is a must.
• Must be knowledgeable with the Appfolio operating system.
