Summary
Shipping and receiving employees are responsible for interacting directly with internal and external customers, drivers, multiple WTL initiatives, including multiple warehouse locations. This role also ensures a high level of customer communication, all KPI (key performance indicators) are recorded and accurate, all shipping, receiving, and food safety documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
