We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic full-time sales associates for a 6 months temporary assignment to join our dynamic team. We offer a competitive hourly wage as well as sponsored 401(k) retirement benefits.

Qualifications:

· Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.

· Previous retail or customer service experience.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, candidates must have a valid driver's license or unexpired picture ID issued by the State authority, and a social security number that can and will be verified through the State's E-Verify system.

Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The retail store environment may require evening hours.

Essential Duties, include but not limited to:

· Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans.

· Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style.

· Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on consumer requests.

· Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using store register and adhere to checkout standards.

· Support Account Representatives with accepting payments or down payments for established consumer credit accounts.

· Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy as well as safety in accordance with company’s consumer privacy policies.

· Support processes related to store openings and closings and securing merchandise.

· Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy.

· Other duties as assigned.
