Purpose: This position contributes to our success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates an experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, quality food and beverage products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable site environment. This position acts in accordance with all RMI’s guiding principles and policies.

Responsibilities:

• To successfully deliver services to our clients and customers, a kitchen staff member must be:
  • familiar with and maintain exceptional company standards,
  • act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of RMI,
  • be flexible in your approach to the role and while working with others to achieve desired results,
• Provide quality food and merchandise products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
