We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team at the Petaluma location. High proficiency in customer service to ensure a flawless customer experience is required for building lifelong customer relationship with Your CBD Store® | SunMed™. Only Part time positions available.

Responsibilities for SunMed Sales Representative will include but not limited to:

• Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educating customers about the benefits and uses of our CBD products
• Assisting customers in selecting the right products to fit their needs and preferences, while considering the average ticket value
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
• Adhering to all store policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Staying up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, including quotas and average ticket value.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute them with accuracy, in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Maintain a neat and organized appearance- following company dress code guidelines.
• Participate in seasonal in-depth inventory and quality assurance checks for all locations.

Requirements:

· Physical demands include frequently standing for long periods of time; walking; ability to reach above or below shoulders, twist at the waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, climb and balance.

· Weekend hours required.

Compensation:

· $17.75-18.00

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
