Training and development, achieved in the Retail Assistant Store Manager position, provides the necessary prerequisites for the opportunity of future promotions within MobileOne.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:● The Retail Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall store operations and is accountable for personal/store sales as well as the development of a high performing, motivated team.● The Retail Assistant Store Manager will also ensure customers are 100% satisfied and help to make their experience unforgettable.● The Retail Assistant Store Manager will make sure that customer wait times are as low as possible. Effectively managing customer traffic visiting the store.● The Retail Assistant Store Manager will stay current on all products, services, and promotions, and assist the location manager to make sure the Sales Representatives are well informed of all relevant information.● The Retail Assistant Store Manager will also help ensure the location is fully staffed at all times.
