Retail Store Manager, Sr. - Museum oversees a group of store managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of a museum retail store. Provides guidance and direction to store managers and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate. Being a Retail Store Manager, Sr. - Museum develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Act as a people focused leader, coaching and mentoring the store team. Help to onboard new hires to the team. Manage store scheduling needs, ensuring proper coverage for peak times. Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers. Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining our Skechers store employees. Model strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and results. Act as the expert on all store systems and processes including opening and closing of the POS. Take part in opening and closing the store, ensure all security routines and measures are in place.   Skills, Qualifications and Experience    Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees. Comfortable assessing talent and developing employee skill sets. Strong communication skills, regularly sets clears expectations for their team. Creates excitement and shows passion for Skechers products and the brand. Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency. Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service. Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
