 Job Summary: Provide engaging customer service to visitors, as required perform open and close gift shop procedures. Ensure daily cash reports and accurate and complete. Provide support as necessary in the Hoċokata Ti Library and front desk. Monitor the retail area’s physical condition and appearance, ensure security of inventory.

Job Requirements:   

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job: 

•  2 years’ experience in retail or guest service.
•  Knowledge of Dakota Indian history and culture obtained through coursework or on the job.
•  Excellent public speaking skills.
•  Excellent customer service skills
