Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting performance goals and motivating team members to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and services
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and high employee morale
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain store inventory levels and oversee merchandising efforts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns to increase store traffic and sales

Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent training and development skills with the ability to coach and mentor employees
- Sales experience, particularly in wireless sales, is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships

Pay: $58,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
