- Excellent training and development skills with the ability to coach and mentor employees
- Sales experience, particularly in wireless sales, is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
