As a full-time OTR Service Tech, your mission is to provide exceptional value by addressing the tire needs of every customer the Purcell Way; in a safe approved manner using the proper tools and techniques while on the customer's property and on service calls.

Who We're Looking For:

• Self-motivated & dependable

What You Need:

• Ability to pass a background & drug screen

• 6 months OTR tire experience required

• Valid driver’s license

• 3-yr Clean MVR; No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations

What You’ll Do:

• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth

• Perform OTR and commercial tire-wheel replacements and installations

• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools

• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of tires

• Services calls as scheduled by service manager

• Keeping service vehicle fully stocked

• Perform basic maintenance on your service veh

• Perform basic facility, shop clean up, and organization

• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services

• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours/on-call programs.
