Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operations within the office. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Skills:

-Strong Excel Skills a must
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Familiarity with office procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
