Returns Clerk jobs in Troy, NY

A detail-oriented role that involves inspecting returned products, categorizing return reasons, and issuing credits when appropriate, this position is for you.

As a Returns & Quality Control Associate, you'll be responsible for processing service orders, managing custom clip-on production, and handling national account orders, including assembly for lens mounting on patient frames.

You'll also process returns from Account Executives as consignment returns, ensuring all procedures align with established quality standards.

A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role are required.
