Work for a company focused on providing e-commerce data and business process integration services as their Accounts Receivable / Revenue Accountant! This position is fully remote a temporary role – expected to last 6 months; with potential for extension. A great way to broaden your AR and collections experience!
What you need to know:
Starting Pay: $28 - $28.48/hour (Experience dependent, strict pay range)
Hours: Must work on EST time! Monday through Friday – 8am - 5pm
100% Remote Role!
What you need to apply:
High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
3 or more years of Corporate Experience, with billing or revenue accounting tasks
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
NetSuite and Salesforce experience preferred!
Previous accounting or AR experience preferred!
A typical day as an Accounts Receivable / Revenue Accountant might include:
Working alongside the Senior Analyst with standard revenue accounting work.
Working in NetSuite processing transactions.
Participating in month/end close, journal recs, account recs, and some analysis of contracts with customers just to ensure the NetSuite set up is accurately.
Collaborating with various departments including sales, legal, business operations, services, accounts payable, billing, and collections to resolve issues as appropriate.
Completing ad hoc reporting and additional project requests as assigned by managers or FPA team members, including occasional assistance with month end close reconciliation reports.
