Responsibilities

• Manage company accounting operations using QuickBooks
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Carry out weekly payroll
• Manage budgeting
• Prepare tax documents
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Identify areas of potential savings
• Work with management and ownership to streamline bookkeeping and operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferred, not required)

This is a full-time position working in Travel Safe's Arlington Texas office.

Travel Safe specializes in precision data center and switch site interior demolition, build-back & restoration, environmental recycling, and the purchase and sale of used electrical and mechanical equipment. When a large company needs to decommission or relocate a technologically complex work site they call Travel Safe.

Travel Safe is headquartered in the middle of DFW in Arlington Texas, a couple minutes from Texas Live, Six Flags, Cowboys and Rangers stadiums, and many of the other main attractions the city has to offer.
