About the Position

This position is in the Office of Information Technology. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. This includes serving as a liaison for technical and functional support to internal and external users. Responsibilities include fully testing software enhancements, upgrades, resolving bugs and issues within the application.

Preferred Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of IT experience with emphasis in quality assurance, control and testing. The ideal applicant would have knowledge of system testing and business processes for state taxes, and collection processes, proficient in preparing test data and conducting pre and post implementation testing, proficient in researching and analyzing technical information, independent research skills, and strong analytical skills.

Pay: $44,954.11 - $61,362.36 per year
