Revenue Cycle Specialist

  • Custom Computer Specialists is looking for a Temp to Perm Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our team in our Hauppauge headquarters. This person is responsible for tracking recurring and non-recurring services revenue throughout the month using a variety of platform systems and Excel spreadsheets. This role is both client-facing and employee-facing and requires strong communication skills and the ability to adjust to a wide variety of communication styles.

    Pay for this position is between $20-29/hr Pay will be based on experience.

    This position will turn permanent after 3 months.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Tracking recurring revenue throughout the month and making per-unit adjustments as they occur.
    • Document non-recurring revenue throughout the month on an hourly – services basis
    • Create month-end Earned Revenue Reports
    • Fabricate monthly invoices based on Earned Revenue Reports.
    • Onboarding new clients into the Earned Revenue and Invoicing processes and platforms
    • Collaborate Service Delivery teams to maintain timely updates of hourly billing records
    • Work with Accounting and Finance to produce month-end Revenue Reporting
    • Work with Senior Management to provide ad-hoc reporting and assist with monthly Revenue forecasting

    QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:
    • Strong work ethic, motivation and desire to become a highly-impact team member
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred
    • Strong Excel and Quantitative analytical abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Keen attention to detail and relentless follow-up
    • The ability to devise alternative approaches to current workflows; creative problem solving
