The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end revenue cycle process, from patient billing and claims processing to collections and financial reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization by maximizing revenue, minimizing revenue leakage, and improving operational efficiency.Revenue Cycle Management:Manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient registration, charge capture, billing, claims submission, and collections.Develop and implement revenue cycle policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Billing and Claims:Oversee the billing and claims submission process to maximize clean claim rates and minimize denials.Ensure timely and accurate billing to third-party payers and patients.Collections and Follow-up:Implement strategies for timely and effective collections, including follow-up on unpaid claims and resolution of denials.Develop and maintain relationships with payers to resolve payment issues and negotiate contracts.
