Qualifications:
* High school Diploma or equivalent education degree required.
* Supervisory experience preferred.
* Leadership and communication skills.
* Problem-solving.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
* Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
* Experience with SAP, KRONOS, and Workday is preferred.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft.
