  • JOB SUMMARY
    • The Revenue Integrity Manager reports to the AVP of Revenue Cycle.  This position will oversee and analyze the charge capture, revenue integrity, and CDM maintenance for middle revenue cycle process and will facilitate the implementation of through-put process improvements throughout the revenue-producing departments of the hospital.  The Revenue Integrity Manager is responsible for enhancing and maintaining a properly functioning revenue integrity process through a cross-department organizational structure as well as maintaining the integrity of the Charge Description Master [CDM].  This position focuses special emphasis on improving cash collection through facilitating measurable charge capture workflow processes in a standardized manner across all departments.  It ensures that the preferred processes, policies, and needed technologies are in place in all areas to improve compliance with payer-specific billing requirements, CMS guidelines, as well as the integrity of the revenue captured.

    • Minimum Education
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, an equivalent degree or experience

      • Experience in hospital or nursing home administration.

      • Management experience in patient/resident care environment.
      • Proven managerial skills.
      • Requires ability to handle confidential information.
      • Supervisory experience preferred.
      • Balance figures.
      • Compiles and analyze reports.
      • Compile statistics.
      • Compose letters/memorandums.
      • Compose pertinent policies and procedures.
      • Coordinate events.
      • Coordinate meetings.
      • Develop and compile statistical data.
      • Develop program indicators.
      • Establish, chair and/or coordinate events.
      • Generate reports.
      • Input data into computer programs.
      • Proofread documents.
      • Proven written and editing skills.
      • Research information.
      • Strong statistical analysis skills.
      • Use computer packages to prepare graphics.
      • Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis.
