As a Revenue Operations Manager at VIDA, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to implement strategies, processes, and tools that drive revenue growth and enhance the overall performance of our sales organization. This role is instrumental in ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the resources and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze and assess the existing sales processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document standardized sales procedures and best practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize CRM and other sales data systems to gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into sales performance, funnel metrics, quotas, targets.
- Identify trends and recommend actions to address sales challenges and opportunities.
Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Inform investment decisions through data driven business cases and opportunity sizing
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the training and enablement teams to develop sales training programs and materials that enhance the skills of the sales force.
- Ensure that sales teams have access to the necessary tools, resources, and technology to effectively sell our products.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the sales organization.
Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and annual sales plans.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Manage sales territory assignments and quota allocations.
Sales Technology Management:
- Fully own CRM system from design, continues improvement , report and dashboard creation and maintenance.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales automation software.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to sales teams regarding software and tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align goals and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the sales organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales operations in the enterprise software industry, preferably in the Cloud space, supporting the sales, customer success and partnerships functions
- Proficiency in using CRM software (eg. Hubspot), data analysis tools (e.g., Holistics), and sales analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in using SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in sales operations.
- Understanding of the digital financial services and e-commerce industries in Indonesia is a plus
