We are seeking a highly efficient and organized Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including claims, coding, denials, appeals, contracting and credentialing, EMR/EHR system setups, and data analytics. This dynamic role requires a proactive leader who can manage both tasks and departmental staff to ensure top performance and optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee EMR/EHR implementation.
- Manage new client onboarding.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training.
- Conduct employee and client account audits.
- Handle account management.
- Communicate with insurance providers and patients.
- Analyze contracts and ensure compliance.
- Perform cash posting, charge entry, coding, billing, and collections.
- Manage and monitor staff performance in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Revenue Cycle Management experience (this is not an entry-level position).
- Minimum of 5 years of previous Medical Billing experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in medical office software related to the field.
- Proven and verifiable experience in healthcare billing.
- Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Expertise in data analytics and EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with insurance providers, patients, and internal teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
